- Tracking ID: Your unique tracking identifier
Process:
- Navigate to the eligibility check form
- Enter your Matric Number
- Enter your Tracking ID
- Click "Check Eligibility"

Once you've confirmed your eligibility, proceed with submitting your refund application.
